I've used many plumbers / heating engineers over the years and can honestly say Richmond is very good, his knowledge fantastic, i had a problem with my vented heating system, he removed the old pipework which he diagnosed as incorrectly installed many years ago and re-designed the layout & fitted a new hot water cylinder, i now have a perfect working heating system, the quality of the work is fantastic and the communication with Louisa in office was brilliant. I called Pinnacle heating on Monday 21.10.19 as my heating wasn't working, Richmond came out the next day, Tuesday 22.10.19. He fixed my heating, carried out some necessary repairs and serviced my boiler. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand and everything was kept clean and tidy. Apart from my house warming up nicely, you wouldn't know they had been. I was also very pleased with the cost, I was expecting higher. I can and will happily recommend these guys.
