IMPRESSIVE. Boiler was on its way out and there's a some of negative press around Heat Pump installations. But the reassuring thing is that there are installers like Hector (Prometheus Energy) to change the narrative. Within 3 weeks of him completing my Heat Survey, he had rescued me from a failing gas boiler and installed a really nice looking AroTHERM Plus unit that looked like it was a set straight from an events show. What really stood out is Hector's willingness to keep you informed whilst delivering the highest levels of finish I've seen from a tradesman in a long time. VERY IMPRESSED.
I’ve just had a Heat Pump fitted by Hector, assisted by his brother and his electrician mate. Hector is a top, top guy, professional, explains everything and cares about his work deeply. He keeps in contact, replies almost instantly to a text or call and his work is of the highest standards. He even chucked an electric hob in for me at short notice. I didn’t have a plumber contact before but now I do. Any issues with any sort of plumbing and it will be Hector that I call. Can’t rate highly enough.
We have just had a heat pump fitted by Hector and his team. I would totally recommend them as they were brilliant throughout. Very professional and helpful, making the whole process in switching to a heat pump straightforward.
Great service, good value, knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't be any happier with the job they did for us. Highly recommend.
Hector was recommended to me by friends and I am so so thankful! My boiler had been messed about with during a rental leaving me without heating in my property. He was professional and efficient and took time to assess the issues. He explained everything really clearly, in a way I could understand , and kept me informed of the work necessary to restore gas heating . He communicated clearly with me at all times and turned up when he said he would. He is extremely professional and efficient but also genuinely kind. He really has gone the extra mile . Most importantly, he demonstrated total trustworthiness which I have really valued. I would unhesitatingly recommend him.
