The installation of our air source heat pump was carried out with incredible professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The engineers were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood how the system works and how to get the best efficiency from it. The plumbing work was also excellent – everything was installed neatly and to a very high standard. What really stood out was their reliability and commitment to doing the job properly. Absolutly amazing service i called prometheus because we was having central heating issues. Attended exactly when they said they would. They diagnosed the issue did a tempory fix straight away this got everything back up and running which was a massive relief. They then sorted the actual problem straight away once they had chance to get the parts. less than 24 hours from the initial call everything was back 100%
