I have used this company for quite a few jobs and they’ve always done a great job. My boiler just went wrong and someone came out the same day to look. Knew straight away what the problem was and ordered the parts. Came back fairly quick and sorted it. Always friendly always reliable And I will continue to use them for future jobs.

So grateful to R.H. Lindsay for once again solving my plumbing problems, this time coming to my rescue following a plumbing emergency. They were with me within 10 minutes of my phone call, problem causing water to pour through the ceiling and light fitting was assessed and parts ordered by Quentin. Carl arrived with the parts within 30 minutes and carried out an excellent repair job and before leaving he carried my dehumidifier downstairs for me. This company goes above and beyond and I can highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

I phoned R H Lindsay Monday morning and discussed with a very nice lady who arranged a plumber to my house for Wednesday morning. Lee came on time, was smart, knowledgeable and efficient. I have a problem with a company that keeps sending different contractors to fix the same issue. All of the people that have come out to the house have been good. However, as a company, I hate that when one person cant finish something in a days time. A new person come back out and has to start over because they dont know what has been done in the past. Another issue is communication between them and property management. I have to call property management to tell then what the plummer said to me because they are not following up with them when they are done or need to order a part.

As it should be for any service, I ring them the call is handled by a polite and professional staff member a plumber is sent at a time convenient for both parties the job is completed I have used them many times and will continue to do so
