Exceptional service from our very first contact. Our boiler kept losing pressure which we explained briefly over the 'phone with their office staff. An appointment was agreed and an engineer arrived on time and clearly knew what they were doing. From start to finish, everyone at Radiate we dealt with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of their trade. Great respect was shown to our property and even our cat now has a few new friends who fussed over him when they were at the house! We will recommend Radiate without hesitation and they are certainly our first call for any future plumbing and heating needs we have ourselves.
Professional, friendly service, excellent communication - My go to company for plumbing and heating services in Exeter, Radiate have completed a range of jobs over the last few years including a full new boiler install, yearly Gas Safety Certificate / boiler services, fixed a damaged programmer and most recently, sourced and replaced new bathroom taps. Always do a great job. Recommended!
How embarrassing of the driver of branded van WJ14 AUE to be driving through Exminster and throw litter out of the window and onto the road? Young ish lad, 10:15am 11th June. Caught on my dashcam and will be reporting for a fine. How utterly disgusting and clearly no respect for the environment. Do better.
I need a replacement air-source heat pump which is beyond what my usual plumber can undertake. He cautioned me about using Radiate because of their spotty reputation in the trade locally, but nevertheless I included the company on my list of quotes to request. Made an appointment with someone called Simon and arranged my work/personal diary to accommodate. He never showed or even made any form of further contact. Office claimed no knowledge of a booked appointment when I called to enquire. This confirms my plumber's views about Radiate and, although I have no comment to make on their technical competence, clearly their administrative competence scores a fat zero. Avoid unless you want to find a new way to waste time.
