Unbelievable! Rarely have I found such friendliness professionalism, timeliness, quality service and product. From initial contact and system design through to installation which was on time and as promised I could not find fault. Add to that the office checked my satisfaction at every stage and throughout the installation. The after sales service (which I am still using) is one of the best in helping me get the most from the system. Currently In terms of the system itself it is delivering everything I hoped for and as they said. You potentially might someone cheaper (although I doubt it) but frankly I would not risk it given my experience

For installation of 9 solar panels, Sigenergy battery and inverter. From start to finish CLC were excellent to work with. I was listened to during the quoting and system design and my thoughts were discussed honestly with the objective to have the best outcome for me and not how much can they sell me. George gave me good justifications for not having extra panels on west roof. George also coordinated getting installation dates which fitted well around my roof being renovated, which I planned to happen a the same time. I was phoned the day before installation by Luke who explained who would be coming and generally what would be happening each day, how the equipment would be delivered and what I should do if it arrives early. This was especially useful when the equipment was attempted to be delivered a day too early, I was able to take the right action and it got sorted. On the first day of installation Oscar the electrician turned up on time, worked diligently, cleanly, and listened to my requests on the day for how I wanted the electricals organised and routed. All this whilst having to navigate scaffolding poles in the way of everything. On day two, the panels were installed and the system was commissioned smoothly and with no issues. It all looks great, including inside the roof. After each day of installation I received a call from either Luke or Amber to check I was happy with progress and on the final day Amber explained how to use the app for the system. After completion of installation Amber was very helpful helping me with my queries, checking my system worked and resolving my poor Wi-Fi connection with the system. As well, George had a technical discussion with me to help me understand the way the system was set up and worked alongside I will be returning for future projects! (the roof was mid renovation in the pictures, the untidiness is from the roofing, CLC left no mess whatsoever!)

We researched a number of companies when we decided to get solar panels and following five discussions and quotes it was an easy decision to choose Creative Low Carbon. George explained everything clearly and showed us different design options. It was very straightforward from start to finish and everyone was friendly and helpful, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about doing a good job. We would like to mention Oscar, the electrician, who was outstanding. I can highly recommend George and his team and we are so pleased with our installation.
