They gave us a nine hour window of when someone would arrive. They arrived within the last fourty-five minutes of that window, called the wrong phone number and then would not give me 15 minutes to make it back to our flat as I had stepped out. Then they charged us for this visit claiming that we should have called them to receive a more accurate time slot. Terrible customer service and we'll now be using another company
Fifth time using Rygroup - says it all really. Contacted the team to do some lighting work and as usual the service so far received is as expected. Raul communication has been excellent and he’s answered all my queries so far. Yes the price may be dear but Rygroup have not had to return once they’ve completed any job. So here I am again, fifth time. Once the goods have been delivered, it might be another five star review!
Rygroup are a little more expensive than some other contractors (mostly because they are VAT registered but also a slightly higher base rate), but they are reliable and do work to a good standard. After chasing around other contractors to try and provide a quote I've used these guys a few times and they've been great.
Had Paul A come and replace a broken shower tray. Did a great job, kept me well informed and explained everything. Fair price and he went the extra mile making sure we didn’t overpay for materials.
Nice guy, helped me in the car park of Wickes.
