I knew nothing about Saffron Services until they were recommended by a friend but I will be using them in the future for any job they may be able to help me with: Nancy is so kind, helpful and just plain lovely; Martyn was brilliant- so accommodating, honest and helpful and Fred was great too. What a gem it was to be given Saffron Services recommendation from the electrician shop I was in ( I cheekily asked if they know of a good plumber, they recommended Arran from Saffron services). Nancy who works in the office was extremely helpful and efficient in helping me get the correct part I needed to fix the hot water tap for the family I work for. Then booked Arran to pop round and fit it. Arran was so helpful, he arrived on time, worked in a neat manner. I would thoroughly recommend Saffron Services. From contact with Nancy in the office to the removal of the old boiler and tank to the installation of the new boiler - every aspect of their service was exemplary - from information provided to the carrying out of the work and at an excellent price.

Saffron Services attended our property at very short notice to look at a leaking hot water tank. After the initial visit we agreed onsite to replace said copper tank with a stainless steel equivalent which they did within 48 hours. The engineer who carried out the work was fantastic - he arrived promptly, worked diligently and tidily, and was very considerate of our furnsihings/carpets, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a suppler of quality product with top class engineering capabilities.
