Exceptional service by Solitaire in finding and repairing a leak from my bath waste. Tradespeople always unnerve me a bit as they are dealing with things I don't understand and which I can't imagine sortingmyself! However, the Solitaire Team arrived when they said they would, were polite, kept me informed of what the issue was and explained how they were going to solve it - which they did quickly and with no fuss or drama! They also left everything spotless. A really lovely team and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have had Solitaire out three times now: first to service my boiler when I moved in, then to fit a thermostatic valve, and finally to install the smart heating system itself. They were incredible every time. They arrived on time and gave me a ring to say they were on their way, which was great. The engineers on all three occasions were very polite, explained exactly what they were doing, and left everywhere clean and tidy. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. We have used Solitaire since the very start and they have always been amazing - 2 bathrooms, replacement oil tank and boiler services each year. They are the best of the best and I have recommended them to many friends who are also very very happy! George services our boiler today and always was on time, a1 communication from booking and throughout and also changing a deal that was noted on the last service. I had a boiler fitted by Solitaire 12 months ago and they have just carried the annual service. They pride themselves on delivering quality workmanship and great customer service and this time was no different. Daniel the engineer, explained what would happen, carried out the work and answered a couple of questions I had, at the end. He was polite and courteous and very easy to talk to. He even bled a couple of radiators as well. I will definitely be using Solitaire again as I have every faith in their ability to advise a deliver what is best for their customers.

Solitaire sorted our issue within less than 24 hours of contacting them. Sam arrived when they estimated, and communicated his ETA via phone call beforehand too. He was extremely efficient, sorted everything we need in a really timely manner, and explained things every step of the way. Would highly recommend.
