Clean, fast, considerate and a pleasure to have working at my property. The company provided a realistic estimate and the job was progressed very quickly.

Solitaire have looked after me at two houses now and I can't fault their professionalism and attitude. So far they have replaced an ancient gas boiler with a combi in the loft and moved a radiator at my old house. At my new house they have replaced 3 radiators, modified pipes and completely overhauled the oil boiler. I also asked for an impromptu annual service and it was not a problem. I think the prices are good value for such a good standard of work can't recommend them enough.

Incredibly disappointed with the service. I called this company out specifically to fix two leaks one in the shower and one in the bath. As soon as the plumber stepped foot in the bathroom, I was immediately told there were "no parts on the van" for either issue, without any real effort to diagnose. I was just told an invoice with a proposed solution would be sent over "at some point" in the future. Luckily, I had a new tap that needed installing anyway, so the visit wasn't a total waste of a call-out fee, but the primary leaks were completely ignored. To make matters worse, we used the bath tonight and it was still leaking badly. Because I have a newborn baby and work full-time, I couldn't just wait around indefinitely for an invoice. I had no choice but to go out, source the correct parts myself, and spend my evening fixing the bath leak until 9:00 PM despite not being a plumber. Extremely poor service and a complete lack of effort to help a customer in a tight spot. Would not recommend. UPDATE in reply to Solitaire response: The company’s defensive response misses the point. I explicitly mentioned a bath leak during the booking process. The engineer did not "agree to help" out of charity; I paid a full call-out fee, and fitting the customer-supplied tap was done within that paid time. Furthermore, the primary issue—the bath leak—was not resolved by the new tap, and it continued to leak badly that very night. As a full-time worker with a newborn, I couldn't wait indefinitely for a "no-obligation quotation" while water was actively leaking, which is why I had to source parts and fix it myself until 9:00 PM. A professional call-out should leave you with a diagnosed or fixed problem, not a DIY project. I do not wish to engage any further on the matter have a good day. Still would not recommend.

All the engineers are very friendly and good at their job. I have been using them for a couple of years now and I am always very pleased with their work.
