Adam's estimate of the cost and time to fit combi boiler and other work was spot-on and compared very well over other local estimates. I was very impressed with the professionalism and care of the team and the way everything was left clear and clean on completion. A good experience. Highly recommended.
Adam and team were great. Professional, friendly and efficient. I was v grateful they managed to squeeze me in for what to them was probably quite a small job, but to me was inconvenient and urgent. Nice new power shower and a leak sorted. Thank you!
Adam and the team fitted our Ecodan heat pump just over a year ago (wanted to wait until we’d had it for a year before writing a review)!! Install was great. Follow up help has been excellent (we had one error message and I text Adam and he fixed it - by telling me to turn it off and back on again)! The actual heat pump has also been great - we wouldn’t go back. The house is always at a comfortable temperature and it just works - even when it is v cold outside. In terms of costs - I think our overall bill is slightly higher - however we also brought an EV, I have started working from home full time and we have had a baby so costs would probably have gone up anyway… I guess essentially it is probably cost neutral (in our well insulated house). Final issue we were worried about was the noise of the unit. It isn’t a problem. It sits outside our sitting room wall and you can just hear it when it is working hard (eg heating the hot water when it is cold outside), but the dishwasher etc etc is louder. Outside we’ve never noticed the noise of it. Overall very happy - thanks Adam.
