Quality from start to finish! Prompt arrival, very knowledgeable, polite and respectful, efficient, tidy and professional. I will not use another A/C team again. As for price: their quality and efficiency means they are competitive at any price level!
Fantastic experience, Amazing service From my initial enquiry through to installation the service provided by the team was brilliant. My initial request was handled same day, the onsite survey was prompt and informative, a genuine discussion, with options, strengths and constraints clearly articulated to ensure we understood. Zero pressure to commit and a genuine desire to find the right fit and not over or under spec. Despite shortages of stock due to prevailing weather conditions the team worked hard to secure and expedite my order and beat estimated delivery and installation expectations. The installation team were courteous, experienced and efficient which ensured the job and fitting was of an exceptional standard. The result was a solution that perfectly matches our requirements. I would 100% recommend AirTech, they were genuinely outstanding at every interaction and their service was faultless, a rarity in my experience. Thank you to Phil and the team.
Absolutely brilliant experience with Airtech from start to finish. Philip was incredibly helpful throughout, taking the time to answer our questions and making the whole process very straightforward. The installation itself was excellent. Simon and Gary were fantastic – friendly, professional, tidy and clearly took real pride in their work. Everything was completed to a very high standard with minimal disruption. We’re also delighted with the air conditioning unit itself. It looks very smart and, most impressively, is incredibly quiet – much quieter than we had expected. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Airtech. A first-class service from beginning to end!
