Initial contact was for solar panels and batteries quote but unfortunately I went with a slightly cheaper company from further afield who went bust a year later, so I regretted not going local. So last year I went back to Dorset Energy Solutions for a heat pump and radiator installation and have been extremely happy with everything, including after sales and care, which appears to be difficult for most other companies. Amy had all knowledge, the entire installation team were all professional and very pleasant. And when my heat pump had a fluke hiccup this week, they came out immediately to investigate and resolve. I can highly recommend them for everything they do!

I used locally based Dorset Energy in Gillingham for a 4kw Solar PV array on an East-West roof. The staff were always friendly & efficient with good ideas. An “in-roof” installation was suggested on the west facing garden roof, which receives many positive comments. The east facing roof is not visible to anyone and an “on-roof” display was fitted. With summer here, the PV array is performing well.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
