Dealing with Nicola B is not recommend. The company has no rules and employs unqualified people. I wish I never met them. They were sent by OpenRent , so I thought that standards are well maintained. Will never use your services.
This company is a big mistake. Avoid if you can.
I cannot believe how unprofessional the company is. The job hasn't been completed. I had to wait 3 months for a valid VAT invoice, as been told by Gabriella that they do not charge VAT. Nicola tried to correct her saying that they do not charge VAT on B2B transactions, but we all know the rules for using reduced VAT rate ( inc domestic revers charge , new built etc). They seem to be unqualified in every single area. Please avoid for your own safety.
The worst company that I ever had to deal! They were sent by Openrent, I would never place an order with them based on reviews for Eco Approach & Prop Cert. Not sure if they know, what they are doing.
Absolute joke
