I contacted Legra on 23rd July as my FIT feed in meter was not working, as the red light was permanently on day/night and the numbers stayed the same, or that’s what I thought. Contacted them again on the 28th July as I hadn’t heard anything. I was then asked for a picture of my meter, which I forwarded. On the 30th I received a quote, which I accepted, and it was arranged to be fitted on following Tuesday. Mark fitted the new meter, however it was not the meter at fault but the inverter in the loft which had no power going to it, he did offer to reinstall the original meter but as he had done such an good job on the replacement which was much neater than the original I kept the new one. . On 6thh August they then sent me a quote for a new inverter, which they wanted me to sign a waiver saying “customer refused a smoke alarm to be put in loft” however, this was the first time I knew anything about it, for safety reasons there should be a smoke alarm so how could I refuse something I didn’t even know about or offered. Scott informed me that he would get a quote for a smoke alarm to be fitted with the inverter. I waited a week with no communication so wrote again for an update. On the 9th September I was asked if it could be fitted on the 10th. I informed them that I had not yet received the quote to fit smoke alarm at the same time. The quote was finally sent on the same day, which I accepted. All fitted and in full working order on 10th September this was done by Stuart and commissioned by Scott. On the negative side, why did a professional company take my word that it was the feed-in meter at fault, and not check the system before starting work. Also from start to finish it took 4 emails from me and 7 weeks for this to be completed.. On the plus side, I cannot fault the quality of their workmanship and would recommend and use them again..

Scott come round to my house and measured up everything and explained the pros and cons with solar, heat pump and gave his honest opinion re pricing, very helpful and Informative and overall really nice guy. 10/10 recommend

Our solar panel inverter recently stopped working. The first installer the manufacturer referred me to wasn't interested in helping. However when I contacted Legra they could not have been more the opposite. They were understanding, helpful and supportive, interacting with the manufacturer on our behalf, then eventually doing a quick, tidy and informative installation of the replacement box. I would not hesitate to recommend Legra as a totally customer focussed, knowledgeable and professional installer. Thank you Scott and Mark!

We’ve just had solar panels and batteries installed on our bungalow by Legra Electrical & Renewables Limited, and the whole experience has been superb from start to finish. Every member of the team worked diligently, professionally, and with great care. They were tidy throughout the installation and a pleasure to have around. A special mention to Scott, Mark, George, and Jay — each of them was friendly, knowledgeable, and a delight to interact with. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really showed. We’re already seeing the benefits of the system, and since the installation we haven’t bought a single unit of electricity. The results speak for themselves. Highly recommended to anyone considering solar. A fantastic company delivering excellent workmanship and service.

I was looking for a local company to install an additional pylontech battery, change my generation meter and draw up a schematic of my solar system. I came across Legra on the net and there reviews looked very good. So contacted them. Spoke to Scott, and arranged an appointment to discuss the work . Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once I received a quote which seemed very reasonable, I booked them in to carry out the work. They had to make a couple of visits as there was slight issue with the generation meter but during the whole process Scott kept me informed. Would thoroughly recommend Legra, Scott and his team came across as very knowledgeable and reliable.
