One of worst experience I had with them. I have booked the boiler servicing by calling 1 month in advance and on that day early morning I just got a miss call from them and when I called back they said need to reschedule it because the technician already assigned with other work. So I have rescheduled it and they confirmed the same. But I have not received any call or communication from them during that time so I called again and they said engineer is on way. At last engineer reached 15 minutes late and told unable to do it as he got another urgent call. He said either office will contact me for rescheduling my appointment or he will try to attend after 2 hour or so. Unfortunately nothing happened 2 days took off from work. I strongly advice please don’t go with them , they are so irresponsible

Terrible customer service from this company, colleague of there’s on the phone verbally abused me and was using inappropriate language about me when he thought he disconnected the call to his colleagues. The language was highly offensive and insulting. He terminated the call when arranging the appointment. Highly unprofessional. This company also 2 weeks prior incorrectly installed my flu for my boiler so had to come back and correctly install it up to standards, this is gas could have been very disastrous. Director won’t even call back after requesting two calls backs and being promised on multiple occasions, now they won’t answer the phone, avoid this company seems very small get a professional in

I urge everyone reading this not to use this company, They are unethical bunch of stinking liars and am in the process of filing a small claims case against them I am appalled by their lack of responsibility or customer service. I have booked them now twice and they haven't bothered to show and haven't communicated either. Their no show has lead to me having to incur huge losses ...they re-assure and apologise and promise to call you back but never do.

This morning I woke up feeling icy cold and realised my boiler packed up!!!! This is what you need when it’s snowing outside.. so I rang GP plumbing in a panic at silly o’clock, the person other side of phone was calm and gave me some easy instructions such as pour hot water outside on the condensation pipe!!! And few other small instructions.. in the end I didn’t had to made appointment with Plumber which means I could save money ( who wouldn’t like this) Highly recommended, I wouldn’t hesitate recommend them, thank you for your help x

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
