Came out in ten minutes for a call out at 12at night and fixed the problem really greatfull and a very nice chap Thankyou
Contacted Lewis on a Sunday evening after my boiler stopped working after the condensate pipe became clogged. He was here within twenty minutes and fixed it straight away. Phenomenal service, fair pricing and a lovely man too. Will definitely be using them again.
Work was quick and professional
Lewis is very professional and polite - he will be my first choice for anything regarding my boiler.
★★★★★ Excellent service from Lewis Lewis did a fantastic job servicing our boiler and checking the whole heating system. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He found that the boiler was quite blocked and appeared not to have been properly cleaned during previous services. He cleaned and checked it properly, then went around all 11 radiators to make sure they were working as they should. Lewis also explained that, because of the age of the boiler, the next service should be a more comprehensive major service, which was helpful to know in advance. Throughout the visit he was professional, supportive and very clear about what he was doing and why. The difference compared with my previous experience with HomeServe was significant. Despite having used them previously, I never felt the boiler and heating system had been checked anywhere near this thoroughly. Really impressed with the service from Lewis and the company. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for future servicing.
